• Residential and Commercial Coffee Machine Repair: Covering brands such as Breville, Nespresso, Saeco, Delonghi, Bunn, and others.
• Espresso Machine Repair: Including troubleshooting, on-site repair, and shipping repair processes.
• Vacuum Cleaner Repair: Service for conventional vacuum cleaners, as well as robot vacuums and mopping vacuums from brands like Miele, Dyson, Samsung, Shark, and more.
• Commercial Repair Services: Including both commercial espresso machine repair and commercial vacuum cleaner repair for offices, coffee shops, restaurants, and hotels.
4. Appointment and Scheduling
• Booking Process: Customers may schedule services by contacting us directly or through our online booking system. Upon booking, a free online diagnostic is offered to determine the necessary repair process.
• On-Site Services: In cases where the appliance is not easily transported, or for commercial accounts, on-site technician visits can be arranged. Such services may incur additional charges.
5. Online Diagnostic and Repair Process
• Free Diagnostic: Our initial free online diagnostic is provided to evaluate the appliance’s issue remotely. If the problem is minor and can be resolved through consultation, no repair charge will apply.
• Shipping for Repair: If a repair at our facility is necessary, we will provide a low-cost shipping label along with options for package insurance. Once repaired, the appliance will be shipped back to the Customer.
• Repair Execution: All repairs, whether conducted remotely or via in-shop service, will be performed by qualified technicians who adhere to high-quality standards.
6. Pricing and Payment
• Cost of Services: Pricing for repair services will be determined based on the diagnostic assessment and communicated to the Customer before work commences. Costs may vary for commercial coffee machine repair, espresso machine repair, and vacuum cleaner repair.
• Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and approved electronic payment systems.
7. Warranty and Service Guarantee
• Warranty Coverage: Shipin.Repair offers a warranty on all repair services. Should the same issue recur within the warranty period on services such as commercial espresso machine repair or vacuum cleaner repair, we will re-inspect and address the problem at no additional cost.
• Authorized Repairs: We are an approved warranty center for many brands including, but not limited to, Miele, Sebo, Numatic, Nacecare, Bellucci, Profitec, and ECM. Warranty terms provided by manufacturers will also be honored when applicable.
8. Shipping and Returns
• Shipping Arrangements: For appliances requiring in-shop repair, we provide a low-cost shipping label. Customers are responsible for packing their items securely according to provided guidelines.
• Returns: Once repairs are completed, appliances will be shipped back promptly. We recommend insuring packages for valuable items to protect against any shipping-related issues.
9. Limitations and Disclaimers
• Service Limitations: While we strive to repair all appliances to full satisfaction, Shipin.Repair is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from delays or issues beyond our control, including shipping or manufacturer defects.
• No Guarantee of Continuous Service: The availability and scheduling of services are subject to change based on operational demands and unforeseen circumstances.
• Legal Disclaimer: Our services are provided “as is” without any implied warranties, except as expressly provided in these Terms or in a specific warranty agreement.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing notice in advance. In cases where repairs or appointments are canceled without sufficient notice, a cancellation fee may be applied.
• Rescheduling: We are committed to working with our Customers to find suitable new times for appointment rescheduling, taking into account the urgency of coffee machine repair, espresso machine repair, or vacuum cleaner repair services.
11. Customer Responsibilities
